All orders placed on our website will be shipped to the address you provide when filling out the online order form. Orders that are in stock will usually be despatched by Royal Mail or Fedex usually 3 working days from date of order with the exception of salt orders usually 14 working days. 

Items out of stock will be placed on back order and despatched when available unless otherwise stated when placing an order. Any item on back order, can be cancelled at any time, with the exception of items that have been specially ordered or built which can not be cancelled without prior agreement. 


Goods purchased from us maybe returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund including any postage costs which you may have incurred if the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect goods sent.

We must receive notification of your intention to return the goods in writing by post or email.

We will confirm acceptance and method of return of goods. The goods must be returned unused and with any hygiene wrapping unopened and we advise using a signed for proof of delivery service.

A full refund will be made within 14 days of cancellation and receipt of returned goods. Any fees will be made clear at the time of authorising such returns on our part. Refund will be made using payment method used for payment of the goods.

We do not refund return carriage costs unless the goods are damaged or incorrect goods have been sent.

This condition does not effect your statutory rights on the return of faulty goods. The return address of any goods will be the address shown on the delivery note.
